  1. At least 15 years of working experience in 2 different organization at C-Level (Financial Director, CFO, IT Director, CIO, Operations Director, COO, Managing Director, COO, Chief Commercial Officer) in midsize and larger profit and not for profit organizations.
  2. Up to date industry specialization and at least 2 functional areas of expertise.
  3. Proven successful track record in some of the following aspects: change management, ‘large scale projects’, restructuring, post merger integration, start-ups, fast growing organizations, privatization. MBO/MBI, administrative renewal, refinancing and/or IPO’s.
  4. Capacity to operate at several levels effectively, both strategic and operational. Result oriented, motivator, independent, diplomatic and energetic.
  5. Score of minimal 50% at the Reflector Big Five Personality.
