2020 1st half year

M&A activity in the European Distribution & Logistics sector

In the first half of 2020 a total of 97 deals took place within the European Transport & Logistics sector. In comparison with the first half year of 2019 this is a slowdown in deal activity of 25. After a peak in 2016, we noticed a slow decline in deal activity within the sector. We can expect, taking into account the effects of the corona crisis, the total deal volume in 2020 to further decrease.
