Harmke de Hoop - Willems

Harmke joined Grant Thornton on October 1, 2021 as Senior Consultant Legal. She has many years of experience as a lawyer at several law firms in the Netherland, in Nijmegen, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, as a corporate lawyer in companies active in construction materials, clothing and packaging materials. She specialises in corporate law, company law and insolvency law and knows amongst others about restructuring, contracts, collaborations, mergers, demergers, takeovers, purchases, and sales.
