Nathan de Haas is Senior Consultant Legal at Grant Thornton. After completing the master's degree in Employment Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Nathan started his career in the legal profession in 2016. After gaining extensive experience as an attorney at law, he made the switch to Grant Thornton in 2023.

Nathan assists his Dutch and international clients in the field of employment law. From advising on non-competition clauses and negotiating termination agreements to supervising reorganizations and litigating in court. He also specializes in amending terms of employment, transfer of undertaking, occupational disability and the practical resolution of every conceivable workplace dispute. After all, the human element is inherent in every employment relationship and that's what continues to intrigue him.

Nathan also gives internal and external tailor-made courses and is a member of the NEVOA (Professional Organization for Corporate Legal Advisors).
