Pam has extensive experience in facilitating leadership and team development programmes, ranging from intensive two-day sessions and team days to long-term programmes with individual coaching. In this capacity, she works for organisations such as PostNL, CZ, Greenchoice and Beiersdorf, and has mainly supported executives and management boards in shaping their personal leadership and strengthening mutual trust and collaboration.
After studying Organisational Psychology at Utrecht University, Pam started her career at Logica (now CGI), initially focusing on business process management and later moving into Strategic Talent Management. Since 2010, she has been an entrepreneur in the field of organisational development, leadership development and executive coaching.
For example, as a transformation coach she guided Eneco’s Business Technology organisation in its transition to an international control organisation, shaping the cultural and behavioural change in close alignment with the Hearts & Minds methodology of CPI, a Grant Thornton Netherlands company.
In her practice, the connection between head and heart plays a major role. Drawing from years of experience in systemic work, energetic and relational development (including ITIP, Phoenix and EFT relationship therapy), Pam brings a layered perspective to change issues: alongside the organisational and strategic aspects, she has a keen eye for what is happening beneath the surface with individuals and teams. She applied this expertise as a trainer and co-facilitator at ITIP School for Life and Work, and as a coach at Innertrail, where she organises nature weekends for personal development.
With her background in organisational psychology, complemented by extensive travel and life experience in countries such as Thailand, India, Guatemala and Kenya, Pam brings a fresh and open-minded perspective to her work. She effortlessly switches between strategy and personal leadership, and knows how to translate complex change challenges into tangible actions and execution in practice. Clients appreciate her perseverance, sharp analysis and the ease with which she connects head, heart and organisation.
