Wilfred serves as the Head of Deal Advisory in the Netherlands and holds more than 30 years of experience as advisor, auditor and financial director. Over the years, Wilfred has advised corporate development teams and private equity investors of many listed companies, mid-corporates and SME’s. He has significant experience in performing financial (vendor) due diligence, operational business reviews and corporate restructuring-, carve-out and integration projects.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Wilfred obtained experience as professional services advisor with both EY and KPMG. He also served as the financial director of an international services company.
Wilfred qualified as chartered accountant (RA) and completed a programme for senior executives at IMD Business School. He is also member of the Executive Board of ACG Holland, the premier association in the Netherlands for middle market deal making professionals.
