Ilse is senior manager accountancy and works at the Grant Thornton office in Leiden. In addition to her training as an accountant (AA), Ilse is registered as an RB tax consultant.

Ilse started in 2001 as an assistant accountant. First at one of the big-four offices and after six years made the switch to a smaller office. In 2021, Ilse made the move to Grant Thornton.

With a focus on SME clients, Ilse has been able to serve many family businesses. Ilse enjoys sitting at the table with the managing director and family members. This involves not only the financial situation but also matters such as business succession, (life) wills and an emergency plan.

As a response Ilse often gets to hear that she is a pleasant conversation partner.
