Rinaldo Nieuwenburg has been with Grant Thornton since September 1, 2004. Rinaldo is a graduated Accountant-Administration Consultant and Register Tax Advisor and has extensive experience in the healthcare sector. As an SME advisor, he and his team assist entrepreneurs who are active in both primary and secondary care, such as: general practitioners, dentists, orthodontists, physiotherapists, medical specialists, independent treatment centers (ZBC), healthcare cooperatives and partnerships.

As a financial advisor, he supports clients with daily administrative matters, but also with financial statements, tax returns, financing, restructuring (buying and selling practices), forecasts and (tax) equity issues.

Within Grant Thornton, Rinaldo is associated with the Works Council, in which he serves as chairman. As chairman and representative of his service line, he is committed to the interests of both the employee and the employer. He also holds periodic discussions with the Board of Directors.
