Nearly all companies are recognising climate change as a material issue, highlighting the urgent need for comprehensive and actionable Climate Transition Plans to guide the shift toward a sustainable future. A Climate Transition Plan is a strategic roadmap developed by an organisation to align its operations, investments and overall activities with climate targets, particularly the transition to a low carbon economy.

During the webinar, we will take you along the key steps to create a climate transition plan, from developing a baseline GHG inventory, setting (science-based) targets and predicting your business growth, to defining decarbonisation levers and developing action plans. As such, this webinar will focus on how to get started on your Climate Transition Plan, and highlight the relevant considerations to successfully use a transition plan as a strategic tool.

Over the last months we have worked with NS on their transition plan and we are very happy that they will join us for this webinar to share some lessons from the frontlines.

What will you learn:

  • Step-by-step approach to successfully creating an actionable and compliant Climate Transition Plan
  • How to use a transition plan as a strategic tool to meet market expectations, create financial and operational gains and strengthen the organisation's commitment to sustainability

Can't join us for the webinar? Feel free to reach out to one of our experts.
