EU Talent Pool Regulation
Global Mobility ServicesOn 10 March 2026, the European Parliament adopted the EU Talent Pool Regulation. The Regulation introduces a new EU-wide digital platform designed to help employers find talent from outside the EU.
Elif is a manager in the Global Mobility Services team at Grant Thornton Netherlands. Since 2018, she has advised multinational companies on Dutch immigration processes, including residence and work permits, compliance, and global mobility strategy.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Elif worked at Deloitte, where she focused on immigration compliance for multinational clients and supported global mobility programs. She contributed to vendor transitions, advised on policy topics such as Brexit and remote work, and was involved in cross-border coordination. During her assignment at Deloitte Belgium, she concentrated on global case coordination and process improvement initiatives.
Elif holds an LLM in European Law (Human Rights and Migration track) from Radboud University.
