Florine Verhallen is a senior consultant and trainer at Impact House. She brings over eight years of experience in impact and change management. She has worked in both the commercial sector and government, always focusing on impact, behavioural change, and innovation.
With her extensive expertise, Florine advises the public sector, funds, and foundations on various topics, including impact-driven grantmaking, impact strategy, cultural change, and learning and steering. Additionally, she trains and coaches organisations in impact management and serves as the coordinator and lead trainer at the Impact Campus.
With a background in organisational sciences, social psychology, and behavioural change, Florine integrates the ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ aspects of organisations in her consultancy work. With enthusiasm and dedication, she enjoys sharing knowledge and inspiration while providing clients with practical advice.
