Kosta Weber is an experienced consultant and Unit Lead within the Business and Digital Risk Services team. He has a strong foundation in governance, risk & compliance, business performance, and digital resilience. In his role, he combines subject-matter depth with leadership. He helps organisations translate external requirements and strategic objectives into clear design principles and a practical target operating model, and coaches teams to bring that design to life across processes, governance, systems, and behaviours. Kosta has extensive experience leading international transformations and business integrations.
As Unit Lead, Kosta acts as a coach for his team members and a trusted sparring partner for clients. He leads and supports project teams, brings structure to complex programmes, safeguards quality and consistency, and helps establish a professional way of working. At the same time, he remains consciously hands-on. When needed, he dives into the content himself, for example when developing new project approaches and facilitating critical decision-making with stakeholders.
Kosta has a broad track record in international environments and across a wide range of sectors, including high-tech, industry, logistics, energy, and the public sector. His strength lies in turning complexity into something that executives, teams, and auditors can understand and execute: clear choices, robust frameworks, pragmatic implementation, and demonstrable results.
As a person, Kosta is analytical, principled, people-oriented, and curious. He is drawn to topics that truly matter, from technology and cybersecurity to the geopolitical aspects of supply chains and resilience. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and experimenting with digital art. He is also interested in practical philosophy, which is reflected in his ability to create calm, provide direction, and help teams move forward with focus. Kosta lives in Rotterdam with his wife and two daughters.
