Lyanne is a Junior Consultant within Grant Thornton’s Sustainability & Impact Services team in the Netherlands, where she supports organisations in strengthening their resilience by addressing ESG‑related challenges.
She has a multidisciplinary background as both a business graduate and an industrial ecologist, combining knowledge of organisational dynamics with technical sustainability expertise. She is particularly passionate about translating complex sustainability topics into practical and actionable solutions.
Within Grant Thornton, Lyanne works across a broad range of sustainability themes. She has experience with sustainability assessments, such as life cycle analysis, as well as impact measurement and ESG reporting. In addition, she supports organisations in developing strategies around value chain responsibility, helping them gain insight into environmental and social impacts across their supply chains and translating these insights into concrete actions and engagement approaches. She works closely with the legal team to interpret EU ESG regulations and translate them into clear priorities, risk assessments and implementation roadmaps for clients.
