Ramzi Abdulkadir-Ahmed has worked at Grant Thornton Amsterdam since 1 June 2025 as a Senior Consultant in the International Tax Services (ITS) department. In this role, he focuses on complex international tax matters, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. He is involved in various cross-border transactions and supports clients with the tax structuring of acquisitions, reorganisations and investments. He also advises on applying tax treaties, withholding taxes and corporate income tax, always balancing tax opportunities with compliance obligations.
Ramzi obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Tax Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. To complement his academic background, he completed the practice-oriented master’s programme Toga aan de Maas, which deepened his tax knowledge and strengthened his legal skills. This broad education enables him to approach tax issues technically and from a broader legal and strategic perspective.
