With more than 25 years of experience in accountancy, finance & control and a strong regional network, Roland van Gessel has been a partner at Grant Thornton in Arnhem since February 2026. In his role, he contributes to the further growth and professionalisation of the compilation practice in the eastern part of the Netherlands, while also taking on a leading role within the Outsourcing unit.
He has a strong focus on process optimisation, automation, as well as reporting and dashboarding, guiding companies with the right steering information to achieve their objectives. He is also actively involved in innovation and technological developments within the field.
