A key part of her role is carrying out risk analyses, reviewing policies, monitoring compliance and proposing improvements. Tineke works closely with different teams across the organisation. In doing so, she raises awareness and makes compliance practical and applicable in day-to-day work.
Her focus is on creating a culture where quality and integrity are second nature. At the same time, she supports colleagues in making the right decisions.
Tineke is a chartered accountant, specialising in quality management and organisational change.
