Before joining Grant Thornton, Iris worked for organisations including Unilever, the World Benchmarking Alliance, and Rainforest Alliance, where she led initiatives on sustainability policy, deforestation-free supply chains, and due diligence. Her expertise spans ESG strategy, supply chain programs, certification, and reporting, with a strong focus on agricultural value chains.
