Nathan de Haas is Senior Consultant Legal. He successfully completed his Master’s in Employment Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam (2016) and the postgraduate specialisation program in Employment Law at the Grotius Academy (2025). Nathan began his career as an attorney in 2016, gaining experience in several areas of law. In 2023, he joined Grant Thornton, where he focuses exclusively on employment law.
Nathan advises, negotiates, and litigates on both collective and individual employment law matters. He serves as a strategic sparring partner for national and international HR professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives, supporting them in making complex employment law decisions.
In addition, Nathan provides tailored internal and external training sessions and is a member of NEVOA (Dutch Association for Corporate Legal Advisors).
