In December 2023 the Dutch First Chamber passed the bill to implement Pillar 2 per 1 January 2024 into Dutch tax law. As it is now in force, we would like to update you on the accounting disclosure requirements that have been introduced by the IAS and other upcoming Pillar 2 compliance obligations. To help you to get ready for Pillar 2, we will organize a 2 hours interactive online workshop on April 23 15.00 CEST.

Why should you attend this online workshop?

After our webinar and masterclasses (physical meetings) in 2023, we will now help you address the most important topics and compliance obligations and discuss the best approach to get ready in time for the upcoming deadlines.

The following topics will be addressed:

  • Recap of the pillar 2 essentials: What are the challenges?
  • Compliance deadline: What are we working towards?
  • First reporting compliance obligations: What do I have to do right now?
    - Certain mandatory exemption on the calculation of Pillar 2
    - Possible impact analysis for your organisation

Further, there will be room for questions and topics of preference. If you have any specific points you’d like us to address, please don’t hesitate to let us know beforehand!

After your registration you will be provided with a detailed agenda and speakers.

Who should attend?

People that are involved in the tax field of companies that are part of a group with a turnover that exceeds EUR 750 million - or which will exceed this threshold in the coming years.

When?

Online workshop on April 23 15.00 CEST (approximately 2 hour session).

Kindly note that the workshop will be presented in English.
