Tim de Wilde is a Manager at Impact House. He advises on impact and sustainability strategy, impact measurement and ESG reporting.

His PhD in organizational psychology enables him to provide advice and design processes where people are at the forefront: practical solutions that truly resonate within organizations. The most enjoyable part of his work is the concrete engagement with clients to bring about tangible positive change.

He works with a wide range of clients, ranging from philanthropic funds, charities, arts and cultural organizations, municipalities and corporations. Tim is also one of the Impact Campus trainers.
