As of January 1st, 2017 new salary criteria apply for knowledge migrants who are living and working in the Netherlands. Please see below an overview.

Annually revised IND’s fees
Aside from the annualy revised salary criteria for Knowledge migrants, the IND’s fees for the actual application forms were raised by 1,8% effective as of January 1st, 2017. Please see the IND’s website for up-to-date fees on www.ind.nl.
Reduced IND’s fee for start-ups and small business
As per January 1st, 2017 start-ups and small business, with less than 50 employees in principle, qualify for a reduced one-time fee for the IND for a “Recognised Sponsor” request for employment.
The reduced fee is 50% of the standard IND’s fee for a “Recognised Sponsor” request for employment, which means a one-time fee of € 2,638,-.
