Ingrid has a lot of experience in business services, having worked for companies such as Randstad Netherlands and Achmea. Just before her move to Grant Thornton, she worked as HR Change manager at MN Services.

Ingrid is strong in translating business ambitions into an HR strategy. With the team she is responsible for supporting the business in the field of HR, developing policy and shaping the 'Go Beyond employee experience'.
